Ruta’s background includes education and administration. A graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, she majored in Spanish and communicates proficiently in both English and Spanish. Raised in Northern California, and having owned and rented properties in the Bay Area for many years, Ruta is in a position to understand a client’s needs and desires. In buying or selling a home, just as in other life transactions, it is important to understand and to act with knowledge. Ruta is able and willing to take the time to educate the consumer, a great asset to the real estate process.
